Goldfinger was also getting 450ish per win. I think the first night we played he went from 50-32 or something.

Bonus XP, if the game thinks you're playing at an MMR lower than you belong you get bonus XP to help you climb quicker.

started getting ~100 points per win when i was at rank 2 going to rank 1

i was a constant 400-450 per win before that though.

The highest I got was 600ish with average difference of 20 Ranks.

I believe that 800 would be possible if you have one Rank 1 and queue into full Rank 1 but the rest is level 40-50. But that's like carrying.

You get more points if the average difference is high. When the difference is only like 5 levels and you totally dominate you only get like 450 max.
You need to queue into high ranks thats only possible if you play at night when only rank 1 play or have a rank 1 to queue into high ranks.

Party of 5 queues you into Teamleague but the penalties are in HL. If you play at 2 AM you will certainly meet a party of Rank 1. But if you aren't good or have a good selection to counter heroes the win chance is quiet low.
