I don't understand it. Someone please explain it.

Its like LoL in a way but

- no last hit mechanic
-- more team oriented
--- team exp and levels, not solo
---- objectives win games, not hero kills

There are helpful training missions that can teach you and VS. AI mode after those.

If you've played MOBAs you should be fine. I was okay within a day of playing having never touched another MOBA in my life

Yeah and one or two trash teammates and you lose easily. I will stick to League for solo play and only play this when my friends want me to.

I will admit that the matchmaking right now is absolute garbage in HotS.

Quick Match might as well be called "Free Hero Testing Grounds".

I don't think I had a single "proper" healer tonight, it was Tass every. single. game. And in one of those games he was trying to solo lane lol

It's frustrating, won a game 35-10 tonight then turned around and lost 28-1. No way to win a game when your team comp is:

Chen
Tass
Stitches

vs

Jaina
Sylvanas
Valla
Johanna
Malf

.... It gets to be a bit much

less solo play, less farming, more action, Compared to LoL IMO

You make a mistake in this, you can come back from it. You fuck up once in league and the game is over.

I think you have it backwards. If you make a mistake in League, you can make up for it if you and your team know what they are doing. Dodge the level spikes of that certain champ, turtle, change your item build, etc.

This game if you fuck up and miss the objective, you get pounded over and over again until they win.

Not just saying all this to be a dick either. I am truly trying to get into the game because my brother loves it and hates LoL. It's just every time I go into a game, it's like what the fuck are people doing LOL

The bolded part you have there is completely wrong. This game has built-in mechanics that make it so the losing team has advantages (experience-wise).

You can literally be down 4 levels and then come back late game and win.


Quick Match sucks...only play it with your friends for fun.

Hero League sucks unless you get to a high MMR (LoL equivalent of Diamond) in which case it only sucks when matchmaking screws you and you play with a lower MMR retard.

So basically you're saying never play this game?
