Higher ELO see's a bit less of Nova but she is still played.

Rank 30 and under you don't see her as much as 30-50

thats completely false. and I usually dont post to argue with people, but in high rank 1 MMR games a good nova can make or break the game. Shes used quite often.

Good Nova players make me want to eat a bullet.

I wouldn't call it quite often, its actually pretty rare in high MMR games. There are just better heroes.

To a certain extent. Good map awareness and tracking of nova shuts her down pretty hard. So you can easily play jaina and kael into her and not be too concerned.

A good Nova player knows this and doesn't allow you to track her.

Imo detecting Nova is pretty easy the more experienced players hide in bushes but there are obvious indicators.





I usually team up with friends and my first msg in TC is "If somebody picks crap like nova/raynor/chen or useless characters on those maps, we will pick murky abathur and TLV"
That makes those annoying picks disappear or somebody bailing.

There are too many players getting carried to certain ranks not having any support or tank because they wasted all on Assasins and their only level 10+ character is Nova.





Nah they are only top DPS if you do many team fights.
If you keep your opponent busy with mercs you can easily kill them with bursts.

Especially KT is easily countered by melees.

Nova is just bad because no Lane EXP and experienced players lower the settings so much that nova and zerathul appear as an obvious blurr on screen.

Novas time to shine is level 20+ but that's only a given if the teams are equally strong. If you are losing Nova can't do anything.
