Only way to get an Edge Bow is to gamble Short Bows when you get lv 30+ and hope to get lucky enough that the Short Bow rolls Edge bow, and strong rare mods when it does.

Careful though, I blew about 2 million in-game gold at one point trying to do this, didn't get any Edge Bow worth keeping.

You're better off aiming at mass gambling Long War Bows and hope it rolls rare with good mods and sockets. <- then toss in some damage jewels

Lots of beta pvp zons trying to get ahold of Edge base through gamble but it's just too damn expensive to do for a beta that only lives 2 days.
