Yeah, the 30% IAS from two pieces of Death's or Sigon's is crucial for many vLLD builds. Death's Guard also has CBF.

Once you get around lv18, you can get 24% FHR, much more strength/life (or replenish), and more potion slots.

Someone might like it for a temporary belt but better ones are extremely easy to come by.
