its literally written everywhere, any monster lvl 26+ can drop it.

even written here it can drop in normal.

There’s not lvl 26 monsters in act2 tho

From what I read earlier today, the zombie elitepacks are lvl 27 (the boss at least)

hes actually right, its weird,

it says uniques are +3mlvl, means max 20, i ddont get it.

OP did you hit monster shrine or somthing? what mob was it can you remember?
