There's a monster in the tombs called Preserved Dead https://diablo.fandom.com/wiki/Preserved_Dead = mlvl 23.
When it appears as unique it will be +3mlvls = mlvl26
...but he wouldnt drop non-magic items but it's minions will also be mlvl 26 and can drop base items with ilvl26. From there just cube socket recipe.
