Holland has unified taxi tariffs:

starting tariff: maximaal 5,12 euro (8-persoonstaxi: 8,33 euro)
Kilometer tarieff maximaal 1,94 euro per kilometer (8-persoonstaxi: 2,23 euro per kilometer)
waiting tariff: maximaal 32,87 euro per uur (bothl 4-persoons- als 8-persoonstaxi)


but if you order a taxi in Amsterdam you'll probably get somebody that will scam you. Order a taxi with one of the renomated taxi-centrals in Amsterdam. Never use a taxi that just drives around @ amsterdam. They are all tourist scammers every single one of them
