This should be extended into impersonating a user's name, i.e. making names of similar nature to someone else, out of spite or harassment.

Great suggestion. So instead of it being "no impersonating another user or person", it should be "no impersonating another user or person (out of spite or harrassment)".

The exact wording will be up to the relevant personell... this is a suggestion so i try to be broad-minded about it. But i get your point, any reason is not valid.
