In order to bid, you have to pay 1 fg, or x amount
This will prevent people just spamming and trolling.
Or raising by 1 fg. Only serious bidders will bid.

No technology needed to address a "people" problem. Users spamming your thread in no way prohibit you from trading and you simply report them and move on to allow the Trade moderators to do their volunteer job

The majority of users on the platform have less than 100 fg. You'd essentially be excluding those users from the community. Lastly I suspect that wealthy trolls and toxic users would just use their accumulated wealth to troll threads still - meaning this wouldn't even get to the heart of the problem you are trying to solve.
