Think it would be a nice addition to be able to mention/^/@ your whole guild

might have to add a symbol in front to specify as guild mention rather than a user

example ^+333

Would be useful for a topic that would be of interest to everyone in guild

This has been suggested before and is not planned to be implented.

If you want to notify all members you can purchase a guild poll and once you set it to active, it will notify all members.
