A ) Consists of allowing the user to move the columns and interchange them.

B ) Consists of advocating ease of access to the information About Requesting Mediators/Cautioning safety.
________ Replacing the banner and using the symbol next to those two important topics Rules / Request a Mediator might also help users distinguish it from "just another bold topic".

I believe people ignore that topic and, personally, when I have to look for those rules my first reflex
is to click the report button and seek for the info through that option. That topic doesn't even cross my mind :/

A ) *Browser QoL. The phone version seems fine

B ) The Caution Banner has been taken down, but I think the pinned
topics could use the /!\ sign (or something similar to attract the eye).
