Why are people buying 200k fg from the website and charging back and you guys still confiscate the fg from innocent people?

I got scammed for 50k and it’s been 2 years but now someone did it for 200k


Do you guys not value your customers ? Not care ? Like is it hard to use a more secure service that guarantees protection v chargebacks?
