In this example, the guy accidentally sent FG to a guy whose been inactive for 10 years. There's a very slim chance that user will ever log on again.

My suggestion is d2jsp should not allow users to receive FG if they've been inactive more than one month. (Fine-tune the amount of time as needed)

It will help greatly in mitigating general help topics, scammer accusations topics, and random PMs to staff members.

Just post in SA. Unless your , Then you get fucked for sending fg to the wrong person.

Agreed. Look at all the times there has been an S/A opened due to carelessness. Just put 1 more second into your trading and quit being in a hurry to trade.

Mistakes happen and sometimes they're costly. To me it's difficult to send FG to an inactive account as I always send FG through the icon from their post or PM. Never by typing a name in. The only thing I could see that would help is a confirmation screen listing the amount being sent and to whom its being sent if you're not using the icon.

But this happens so infrequently that it would probably "inconvenience", and I use this word lightly, more users than help over the few that it would save from having to create an SA or send a PM.

Admins can get it back anyway so I don't see the point.
Also no account is "inactive". People have come back from 15 years.

This - no need for any other changes. Users come back after long breaks and admins can move fg around if absolutely needed.
