What proposed workflow do you suggest?

remove it so requested page appears faster
or keep the informative message shown in the box but don't let this information slow down the requested page from loading

i vote yes for any idea that makes the page load faster

Add a pool, it would be easier for all to see. If it’s a thing that should be changed.

I would definitely vote yes for this idea - it kinda shows up everywhere
