so there are a lot of exchanges and gambling sites where people have coins/skins/whatever and these sites/exchanges also have tons of skins available immediatly.

while i was browsing cs go forums i noticed people look for specific skins (like me) and cant get them instant (due to 2 week tradelock) or people don't even have them in their inventory.
would it be possible to use a mediator for example for a site like csgoempire , where i trade my fg with another user for balance (in this case its coins)? (user can tipp each other on this site)
mediator could get history of the trade, its logged on the website, so it is like trading battle net balance for example vs fg, so it is all save + the seller instant recieve fg + the buyer can buy the skin he likes immediatly!

i didnt see any of these trades yet, thats why i ask. maybe no one thought about this yet.
this would revitalize the cs:go section a lot and make jsp d2 interesting for a way bigger community
