I love data visualization, and gamification elements - just today I stumbled on the "top mediators of all time" link: https://forums.d2jsp.org/med.php

Ask: Given the long history of the site, have on this page either a link, or a filter so you can see the top mediators of the most recent 30 days. This lets new mediators get their time in the limelight for the volunteerism and awesome effort to keep trades safe, but also keeps the integrity of those that have been doing this forever.
Rational: Give d2jsp users an optional smaller snapshot to see just how many volunteer effort is put into the site. Give d2jsp mediators a sort of monthly ladder to be competitive and receive personal kudos for maybe hitting top 3 in the month. Overall, assuming this provides interest to users, and staff members this visibility could increase mediations or respect for the volunteer team.
