Hello!

Currently when older service topics are bumped and you select the service tab in the trading grounds, they are not moved to the top of the list.

I feel like this was a potential oversight and think it should be corrected as it prevents our service topics from having visibility to those searching the tab

There is no oversight, the topic only gets brought to the top if it has been greater than or equal to 4 hours from the last valid bump.
