I was Very surprised to see that basically Nothing about this site has changed in 20 years. I was quite disappointed considering the potential of this site to become the greatest easiest most valuable way to trade things between games. (If I hadn't lost my account passord/email I was even going to buy a friend of mine a cool weapon for her WOW character, and I don't play WoW.)

Considering the potential, I am surprised to see the lack of change. Anyway, lets see if we can start some change for the better.

Really? maybe I just havent found where to vote on people being good to trade with or bad to trade with (though honestly everyone has been great so far this year)

and is there a setting so I don't have to disable my vpn on the site or would I have to setup a portal in the vpn? while looking for setting, here can I take away the dual password requirement (I have been gone 20 years and can't remember my old account to get it back so there might be quite a bit I'm just missing)

and where is live chat?

and is there an RL section?

Seriously asking, it's hard to find stuff with the current interface being mostly a wall of txt. I'm not even sure how they could make it better in all honesty since there are so many games/sections that making it pretty might make it impossible to navigate.

So to answer some of your questions, see my answers below.

1) You can’t get rid of gold passwords, they serve as MFA or another form of 2fa

2)No VPNs or work around for VPNs are supported here

4) you need to donate at least $25 to be screened for the donor forums, there’s no guarantee you get in.

5) to recover your old account, please fill out the account recovery form, add as much detail as possible.

When using that page, an admin will review your recovery and approve or deny it. It is not automated. If it is denied provide more (accurate) information and try again! Don’t give up and try to remember the emails you’ve used in that time.

On top of all this, the search function has been dramatically improved and revamped just in the last couple of months and is constantly being updated.

The interface is about as user friendly as it can get and is damn near perfect on mobile even without a standalone app.

That leaves the rating system, which simply isn’t going to happen (it’s been suggested many times). Always gets turned down.

Trading incentive program….I’m unsure what you mean here? They’re not gonna pay us fg to trade.
