My suggestion is to add a "forward" button which opens a direct message box including the link to a desired topic or even a specific post, in order to forward it to a jsp-user of your choice:

#1.) Add the button to the topic-header:
| Views: 25 | Replies: 3 | Forward | Track topic |

--> the link will jump to the top of the correspondig topic-page.

#2 Add the button to each post:
| Report | Quote | Forward | #1

--> the link will jump to the specific post.

Pro's:
Specifically interresting for mobile-phone use (without needing to copy+paste links and switching browser-tabs).

Con's:
You have to type the jsp-user's name, to whom you want to forward the topic/ post.

You can already just make a post tagging the user.

This my sir would for sure be considered as spam ;). Especially if it is not your own topic.
