Create a rule, that forces people to crop their images when posting them, so it only shows the gist thing (instead of the whole screen).

This can apply for all trading grounds, not just D2R which I used as an example.

Rules don't force people to do anything.
Expecting moderators to start enforcing such a rule in a hectic place such as d2r trading is ridiculous.
