Issue : The large increase of users + returning users have resulted in questions mainly pertaining why post was closed or general inquiries about a particular sub forum.
Problem : This causes confusion on what staff member to contact with inquiries. Users PM senior mods for issues that can be resolved by Junior Mods or M++. The solution will
reduce overhead on certain staff members and would eliminate a lot of redirection.
Current Workflow : The current workflow users have been using to find what staff group is in charge of a forum is to Report a post, and below the report options shows what staff groups are in charge.
Proposed Workflow: The proposed workflow simply indicates what staff groups are in charge of that particular sub forum. Adding what staff members can help with the sub forum on the bottom of the page.
There is less cluster on the bottom of the page hence why I think it should be placed there.
Of course General Help provides a great source for users with general questions and should be pushed to users as well, but user's have been using that to directly reach out to staff members. Examples such as
