I believe jsp should IMMEDIATELY lock someone's forum gold access if they have TWO OR MORE SCAMMER ACCUSATIONS within one hour. I'm so tired of seeing one account being "accused" 5-10 times within a matter of minutes. We have a lock feature, lets use it more efficiently. Then, a quick investigation should occur followed by an unlocking of said accused forum gold or a permanent lock/scammer tag.

Currently, it seems, a locked tag occurs far too late. Said scammers have already unloaded their fg and created/purchased a new jsp account.

Most of us are grown adults now. Many of us "donate" actual hard earned money to this website. We no longer use our parents credit cards. I'm not sure how difficult this change would be, but I do believe it would benefit us all.

I'm in favor of anything to help prevent scams, but afaik a suggestion similar like this didn't get very far

People could abuse this easily to troll others. Use a mediator for big trades and you wont be scammed.

I believe that would be a very small percentage of cases. And a small sacrifice I'd be willing to take.

Way too many old accounts suddenly becoming reactive and scamming folks. Either there is a black market for jsp accounts or something fishy is happening.

Will not happen. We only lock a users gold once we are 100% certain that a scam/other gold lockable offence has been committed by that d2jsp user.

If a user is accused of multiple scam accusations there are other policies/procedures that we (the SA team) have implemented to prevent the account from accessing d2jsp. The reason that so many threads appear in such a short amount of time is due to the fact that they line up multiple "trades" and by the time a single accusation is made, there is mass damage already done
