I remember that you had to type in your topic title and below that there was a new line for adding a smaller subtitle.
It was used like the "read" method for ingame names, where you could add more details of your item or whatever.
This was optional though and could be left empty. Sometimes I miss this option and would like to bring it back.

I understand your suggestion, though I personally voted no because we are getting to the point of clutter in topic titles. For example, lots of suggestions right now revolve around making hardcore / softcore threads easier to view for console players in d2r because it appears as a subtitle line - adding a subtitle line would take attention away from the important elements of the trade topic title such as that distinction. My personal view is that less is more. The text box within each post is enough to add details about items in my opinion.
