70kb made sense 20 years ago, nowadays it is a sin to limit signatures to 70kb.
im not saying it should be something big but even 250kb would still be super small yet we'd be able to do have a much higher quality!
A graph isnt needed to prove the point that internet speeds went up a lot since d2jsp was created but heres one i found after a 5 second google search anyways.
The world is moving forward, and jsp signature restrictions arent, this needs to change
