Its clear to me that accusations lead to diddly squat

Take 30 screenshots and stay in game for 2 hours and then well lock their fg.... who cares he minus well spend it if I'm not getting it back anyways lol.

Hasto be a better way of dealing with this.... d2jsp can see everything within their site I assume.. to you can see where said accused fg has gone between which accounts

Saw one guy saying use a mediator and it wont happen... I used a mediator my first time a couple days ago and the guy went offline and took almost an hour to get back online to finish moving the fg to my account... what trash

As for your point, the staff spends A TON of time investigating accusations and locking those are deemed guilty.

This also prevents the user from scamming others and not being able to access JSP more easily.

Scam repayments are also at a all time high and we should not discourage scammers from repaying their scams.

Moderators have their own workflow to tracking down stolen/scammed FG.

Don't want to be scammed? Just use a mediator, simple as that.

Wasnt all fg originally bought with real money?
If so... then the site does owe it to anyone who interacts with fg as the site profited from the members who purchased said fg... or am I wrong ?

Members that volunteer their time do not owe anyone anything no... but I never said anything about them now did i.

I don't really see how this is a suggestion, however.

The point to scammer accusations is to catch scammers (users who are making the website worse for the majority of the user base) and get them off of the site.

And while I cannot divulge the inner workings of the SA team - I CAN tell you that every account that is locked/scammer tagged is looked into including their transactions - and if any of those transactions are sent to accounts that belong to the scammer they are also locked and scammer tagged - however, in most instances the scammer will make legitimate trades with other members of the website, and when that is the case there is nothing that can be done as those users did not know of the scams, and don't deserve to be punished for using the site as it was intended.

The safest way to trade is always through the use of a mediator - and with recent changes to the system it is faster and more efficient than it has ever been. Yes, there may be times where you have to wait to receive your fg and this could be for a number of reasons - but the most common reason is that we require BOTH parties involved with the trade to confirm that the trade was completed with no issue before we release the forum gold to the item seller. And yes, at times, a mediator / staff member may have to go afk during the process, ALL of us are volunteers and are donating our time to trying to make d2jsp the best place that it can be for all users.
