Suggestion: Remove or Alter the "Cooldown" of sending PMs or posting in your own topics. This could be tied to a perk of donating to the site or going through the verification process. I think the current cooldown between each post or PM is ~30 seconds, either lowering that to ~5 seconds or having a limit per hour instead would greatly improve the user experience.

Use-case: As many others I am getting back into trading and offering services in D2R. A lot of the topics I post have a lot of interest and I need to contact multiple people at a time. As an example if I post a thread offering a baal run service I could have 10+ responses within a few seconds. It will then take me several minutes to send out the PMs with game name/password where if this rate limiting was removed or changed to a hourly limit instead I could easily contact everyone much quicker.

There are no plans to change this.
