Is there a way to track them so I can check all my thread responses? If not might be cool to implement it.

An easy way i've found to keep track of all notifications is to setup push notifications here : https://forums.d2jsp.org/settings.php?c=35
Afterwards you should be able to see all notifications posted here, you can click them more than once and won't they won't disappear until you delete them : https://forums.d2jsp.org/tools.php?a=4
