Hey all,
Preamble:
The amount of scams happening.... is too damn high.
More players = more occurrences of scams, but I hate seeing it.
Having 3-4k active users in trading... maybe there aren't enough meds for trades? Or maybe people just aren't requesting meds.
A lot of them are 2021 members scamming other 2021 members. I feel like these new members don't have much say on "who gives first" and leave it to chance.
Could the community help with this?
The Poll:
Maybe there could be an additional sub or service option for a mediator request that people could post/request and then choose from people that respond. Kind of like how people used to ask for help muling - I know its not quite the same but it allows the community to help eachother.
Anyhow, interested in others opinions or of solutions on how the community might be able to help make this better. Maybe people just need to request mediators more. Or maybe the problem isn't as bad as I'm making it seem.
But I'm interested in others opinions. Thanks for reading!
Personally if I requested a mediator, for let's say, a 30k fg trade (a high stat d2r anni-*example), and a non-mediator/non trusted tag, average joe responded, there's
almost no chance that I'd make the trade. Unless there are specific criteria to be met before just anyone can see / respond / accept this queue, per say.
