My suggestion is simple but sadly I am on my phone so I wont be adding pictures to aid in visualizing it.

Suggestion:
In the D2R Console sub forums there are tags/tabs for Xbox, Switch, & playstation. My suggestion is to add a way for selecting to only view your preferred system's related topics and have the selected console choice persist until changed. It works now but when you return to the forum in any way after viewing a post besides the back button it forces the filters to reset and the list becomes mixed with all 3 system's posts.

Reason:
When the issue I mentioned in the later half of my suggestion above happens. It causes a lot of confusion and I have seen many users post topics for items in the wrong forum. Thus forcing the creators of the post to have to go and remake their post with the correct console tag. For example say Kevin is reading Paul's ft list in xbox but then he clicks the D2R console forum shortcut at the top of the page to go view Munky's list he didnt realize that the forum filters reset after returning to the main page and he offered fg on Munkys post not realizing it posted for Switch not Xbox.

Again hard to visualize with out a video or screenshots and I apologize for that. If I'm able to I'll try to put some together but if you are unsure what I'm referring to feel free to ask me or try it out for yourself I'm sure you guys will understand.

Simple suggestion to solve a problem that might be over looked if you aren't someone who is not active in the D2R console forums.

Thanks but my suggestion is not separate forums but a way to have a set preferences so when you leave a topic you dont have to reapply the filter each time. If you check 10,000 topics in a day then you were also forced to reapply that filter each time meaning you had to apply that filter 10,000 times as well and if you forget to do so you might find yourself bidding on an item for the wrong console.

When I press the Playstation tab and search around, view topics, refresh etc the Playstation tab stays selected for me

You must be the only person because I have spoken to countless others today and yesterday about this and we all have the same issue. If you go to a post and then scroll back to the top of the page and click D2R Console trading to return to the forum or if you click FT lists it resets the filter

I figured out what we're doing different, I think. I did the same thing you did (on mobile) and instead of pressing the D2R Console Trading button, I just use the back button on my phone and that brings me back to the page with Xbox selected, still able to view around in that mode.

Even if I refresh the page the Xbox tag is still selected, so pressing the D2R Console button must act as a hard filter reset.

Same with trying to select FT, for some reason you can't select FT and which Console at the same time.

I can see how adding a little "Save Preferences" button somewhere near the filter option would help your cause.

Exactly and no need to apologize you simply described it better than I could so thank you for that. But yes that's precisely the problem and also the reason so many people bid or post items in topics for the incorrect console so often. Its happening a lot more than I suspect the jsp team realizes. I'm part of a few discord and all of them have had people mention it or get frustrated when someone posts an item in the wrong console topic.

Is there also a way to have it filter consoles and topics separately? That would be very helpful. Ex. I am on PS4 so having the playstation filter selected while also being able to filter services or FT would be ideal.
