Just do this all you'll be able to play with your character in every other regions.

Cause you can play with your characters across all regions (Americas, Europe and Asia)
Some people don't know that and they think it works the old way like Us-east / Us-west / Europe and Asia.

Simply close the game, change the region to the region of your choice and you'll be able to trade there in less than a minute.
