    Graphic Requests is ONLY used for requesting graphical services,
    and for the submitting and advertising of your own graphical services!
    Locked/Scammer tagged users are allowed to use the graphic forums for earning FG to repay scams!

    If you see someone breaking any of the rules, please use the
    Report Post button, and select the Illegal Trade option!
    Breaking any of the rules may result in a % warning and/or limited access to this forum!


    Rules for people REQUESTING a graphical service:

    R1. Request must contain a deadline (Maximum deadline is 30 days!)
    R2. When deadline ends, you must pick one submission and pay for it!
    R3. All conversation regarding the request must be made in the thread (No PM what so ever!)
    R4. Request must contain a set amount of FG, or clearly state that you want the service for free!
    R5. You must have said amount of FG on your account when making the request!
    R6. The only acceptable compensation is in Forum Gold (FG), nothing else!
    R7. Request must contain a clear description of what you are looking for (see template below)
    R8. When requesting a signature or avatar, only your JSP name may be used (no one else!)
    R9. When a request is filled, clearly state so in the thread, and request it be closed!
    R10. Requested art is not allowed to be used on the site until its payed for!

    When payment is done, download the image, and upload it to your own file hosting site of choice!
    Its not the designers responsibility to manage the file hosting (unless otherwise agreed upon)

    Rules for people SUBMITTING their designs:

    S1. Do not post submissions to request that do not follow the rules (see rules above)
    S2. Clearly state your price in the same post as your submission!
    S3. Do not offer prices lower then what the requester stated!
    S4. You are free to ask for additional compensation, or a higher price!
    S5. Do not post info/links to your service, Only your current submission!
    S6. All conversation regarding the request must be made in the thread (No PM what so ever!)
    S7. Signature and avatar submissions must follow forum rules! (look below for more info)

    Make sure your file is accessible by the client at least 24h after confirming payment!
    This is to give the client time to download and upload the file somewhere else!

    GENERAL information and other rules:

    G1. Max avatar file size is 50kb!
    G2. Max signature file size is 70kb!
    G3. Max signature size 400x150 pixels!
    G4. Max profile background file size 512kb!
    G5. No animated images allowed in profile background!
    G6. No inappropriate images for use on this site (signature, avatar, profile background etc...)
    G7. PM'ing is allowed for work used outside of JSP if a price is agreed on before hand!
    G8. Graphical services are allowed to be advertised in the signature!
    G9. All threads made inside "Graphic Requests" may only be bumped once every 24 hour!

    Request: "Signature, Avatar, Profile Backgound, Site Logo, etc etc..."
    Format: "Rectangle, Popout, Animated, Vectorgraphic etc etc..."
    Price: "Price in FG"
    Deadline: "End Date"
    Details: "All that can help the designer make your request faster and more to your liking!"

    Request: Signature
    Format: Animated Popout
    Price: 500-1000FG
    Deadline: Nov 5 2021
    Details:
    My JSP name should be visible in the signature!
    Green and blue themed!
    Should have a cemetery feel to it!
    Must contain a image of the D2 Necro!
    No sacrilegious symbols!
    No red colors!

    Rules for CREATING and maintaning your own service thread:

    C1. Your prices must be clearly visible!
    C2. The services you are providing should be clearly stated!
    C3. Conversation with clients reaching out to you can be both in thread, and/or via PM!
    C4. If you want to "showcase" previously commissioned work, you must have clients approval!
    C5. You are not allowed to advertise your services outside of your own thread and signature!

    If you have a IMGUR account, It's recommended to use the album feature for your projects!
    Making showcasing easily accessible for editing/removing without having to edit your first post!

You should highlight what changes you are suggesting instead of mixing them in with old rules
Notice you want only discussing in thread and no pms I disagree wholeheartly against that and sounds like a dumb rule

The PM rule is in the old rules as well.
But because of bad formatting. people (like you self) dont know about them.

There have been a lot of low balling via PM's lately.
So no, its not a stupid rule.
People dont want to spend 2h making their design for a offer of 500fg.
Then some prick comes along, PM the person requesting the service, offering to do it for half of that!

That is only for designers not the requesters but if all this is reformatting the sticky then pm it to a junior mod I believe and they will decide to update it or not

Thank you for the suggestion. This is something that is already in the works, so keep your eyes peeled for an update there in the near future.
