Since there appears to be no way there will ever be email support on this site, I suggest that changes be made to allow users who are under suspension to access PMs only for the purpose of messaging or reading messages from the members of the moderator/admin team. Obviously, PM access should not be allowed for contacting non-mod/admin users during that time period.

Without this, there is no effective way to contest an active suspension (including the length thereof) until it is over, which completely defeats the purpose of contesting a suspension.

And yes, to answer the obvious, I am well aware of the Contact form on the main page of the site. But there is no way to read a response from a mod/admin, nor to continue any interaction with them.

I believe any suspension over 24 hours has already been reviewed and will not change.
I also feel this could lead to people msging mods in the heat of the moment and worsening their situation.
