Majority of the infractions in the EHCL trade forum come from flaming/wrong forum/spam that result from PvP interactions. For whatever reason, people do not use the east PvP forum for this and continue to use the trade forum. I believe this will occur more often with the remaster of d2 coming out. A helpful compromise would be If we had a containment thread (1 topic in top50 or 1 perma) I believe that would be a great change. Many people who actively play the game are on the verge of month+ bans from the forums for these infractions. I believe it would be better for the community if we kept these people included in the site, especially with d2r coming out. This change might be helpful for other diablo 2 trade forums, but I can only speak for east hardcore specifically.
