The 24/7 autoshops on the diablo 2 trade forums have been notorious for not dropping all of the items d2jsp users order from them.

Can we make it a requirement that these shops have a link to a new topic (like a user blog page) that serves as a refunds page...A link in the 24/7 shop topic to a refund page. In that refund page users just post their gold log of the item that didn't arrive.

I personally have lost probably 100fg alone this ladder to 24/7 shops on small items like 5os crystal swords that sell for 2-5 fg, and when I try to pm the shop either their inbox is full or it's just 2 fg so it's not worth the time to pm them....but all of the 2-5fg they are screwing over me and other users adds up....if I could click a quick link and all I have to do is post my gold log-not a pm explaining what happened-it would make it so much easier for users to get refunded when the auto shop screws them.

Dunno, but just an idea...maybe even if it's not a requirement these shops will make a refund page anyways just to make it easier for users. The 24/7 shop owner can explain in that topic what info they need....do they need screenshots, goldlogs, or what...

A refund page would just make everyone's life easier. Should it be required?

Hi ,

If you send someone FG and don't receive what you were supposed to receive and reverse you just have to open up a S/A case.
It is considered a scam. No matter if someone uses an auto shop or not.
If he uses one he has to make sure you do get the appropiate item or he refunds you within 24 - 48 hours if stated like that in his topic.
You can ofc wait this time span and give him the chance to refund you. If not I would open a S/A case.

Because of the Scammer Accusations which is made for this I dont see any necessarity for this Site Suggestion. Therefor a "No" from me.

The first step should be simple, pm the person and let them know what happened and ask for a refund.
These shops have very good logging and can easily tell which items were dropped (many shops even have it setup where timestamped screenshots are taken with each drop).

99% of the time you will be contacted shortly/refunded promptly.

A refund page is not really needed as a pm can be used all the same.

No, generally if you pm them they will repay you back no issues the dropper logs items so they will know if it’s dropped or not this seems like it will just lead to scams of ppl charging back fg

off-topic: remove them entirely from this site because they are full of issues.
they just join your game, drop, quit.

what if game crashes?
what if someone else is in your game or randomly joins your game?
what if you crashed?
what if server crashed?

you wouldn't have any of these issues if you were trading with a real human who is
using the trade window.

besides that the autoshop owners don't care about your time and feeling.
if their bots don't work, you wait in game until you realize something went wrong.
if you paid and something went wrong, you waste your time trying to get back what belongs to you
although they caused all the mess.
..or even worse mess caused by these bots as can be observed in scammer accusations.

update your rules and do us this favor? i thought "secure trading" was important to you? hypocrites.
