i've voted no for two reasons.

1. it makes blocking way too easy and people could use that button without thinking about it more carefully.
the current "block" button is slightly harder to find which is good because you got some more time
to think about it... whether or not you should really block that user.

2. you seem to abuse your suggestion-topic to attack another user (Sire) / motivate others to make fun of them (see above, it has already happened).
i'm voting no on all suggestions of this kind. it would have been enough if you had only screened the list like that:

I'll vote yes. I don't want multis like said user above in my profile.

Sire’s profile is the first profile I came across when writing this suggestion, I love Derek to death and he wouldn’t take offense to it.
Also, there would be a “are you sure you wish to block this user” prompt as there is with adding friends, and logging out I’m sure.
