If you could make a subscription to forum gold purchases would you? If not a direct subscription would you be interested in being notified of needing to make a purchase or verification to keep a current Customer or Verified Status account?

Cheers!

No. People forget to unsub to things all the time and then want refunded. Sounds like a giant waste of Kevin/Paul’s time.

A subscription could be done a number of ways to avoid such problems. I can think of one being a possibly an auto cancelation if you don't confirm an upcoming payment. Its d2jsp.org so I don't see why it couldn't be implemented in a user-friendly way.

Not sure why it would be a bad idea. People subscribe to all kinds of services. It is a proven business model across a variety of platforms. It would also make being a customer or a verified user streamlined and one would never have to pay attention to the exact date in which their inbox or other services becomes less.

Chillax's response is the reason.

This sums it up.

This model works for other services because the perks are substantial. The perks offered on jsp are minimal, and not that necessary. Pm space is easy to manage, editing posts doesnt matter much, and increased images per post is easily bypassed by making a collage of pictures and posting it as a single image.
