D2 SC and HC, are literally two diferent games.

They literally aren't.

I expect that d2jsp will follow the same approach as they did when Diablo III was announced. Right now, there's just 1 forum for discussion and speculation about the game.
When the game actually becomes playable, more forums will be added. At that point, you can count on them creating Hardcore-specific forums as well.
