I looked at it, last i saw any posted suggesting it was before Pokemon trading came out! Also there is a lot that can be done!

The rules can be pretty standard as with most games. No trading accounts etc. At worst case have a subform for discussions and people to meet up and do raids/friends/gifts.
Pokemon also is growing rapidly as of lately!

There is a Pokemon subforum that entails all games, including Pokemon Go - https://forums.d2jsp.org/forum.php?f=252 .

It's not really all that active so I don't think this is needed. Voted No.
