1. why is in "Classic Europe Server Trading" no "World Of Warcraft Trading Rules" listed? but in "Europe Server Trading" -> Remove for both or have these rules for both

https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=54649244&f=278 is written that gold trades should be done only via face to face trading. Can someone explain me please why?
There are 3 "trading methods":
1) Auctionhouse
2) Mail
3) Face to Face
Face to face is known for the most risky method for buyer and seller of these 3 methods. Why its not allowed to trade via mail or auction house? Buyer will jsp-pm charname, server, faction, amount after talked about prices/deal. Then ingame the seller will send via mail or buy the created auction from buyer. The Buyer have the proof that he send via PM all his charspecific info, the seller just need to make screenshot or even do a video how he buy the auction / send the mail to the from jsp-pm written charspecifc informations.
Also i heard its wanted that ingame buyer and seller whispers each other the jsp name? im not sure if that is correct but thats normaly also a huuuge no go for the safetyness of buyer and seller. blizzard entertainment could have filter words and maybe read that whispers with suspicious jsp names before doing a face to face trade ^^ thats really strange for me. I already sell since 6 years wow boosting services via 3 different forum and a website and really wanna offer it here for the users too and make it as easy as possible for buyer and seller but these "rules" are not logical for me for the smoothness and safetyneyy of all involved users.
Also would help (but thats maybe a other suggestion) that its allowed to do chats via other software like discord, skype, whatsapp or like much other forums an forum-intern livechat (maybe for special "vip-members" who can earn it via a small donation) for a muuuch smoother communication instead of wasting 20mins with pming user to user ...
This trading, especially in the world of warcraft section feels like we are in the year of 1990 still and dont move with the time. It should gets imo an update to that everyone will profit from it. The admins here to get more interests for the world of warcraft section, the seller to make business and the users/buyer who wanna buy fast and smooth services/currencies. No wonder that the section is almost dead and only few goldsellers/buyer are around these section really, its not userfriendly imo.
sorry for the spam and maybe sometimes the edgy words or bad english, but i only wanna be part of a smooth working tradingplattform, not only acctractive for diablo 2.
