The Forum Gold Password exception or Feature bug, its not up to me to decide which case it was, but almost two months ago I was charged by site instantly with Forum Gold after clicking on one of Guild features listed under Admin Options without being asked about Forum Gold Password confirmation. Reported this to site moderators and admins right after this happened and were asking about refund as I was only browsing features looking for their descriptions. From the beginning to the end I was hearing refund denial just because argument purchases are final.

Admin checked it by himself and confirmed that the Feature link were not asking about Forum Gold Password confirmation and do instantly charging the user with Feature cost, anyway refund denied because of course mentioned earlier purchases are final.

At first was considering posting this in scammer accusation but it would be too controversial, so instead here are few suggestions:

1) Under d2jsp Forums > Help > Account Management > Forum Gold Password link https://forums.d2jsp.org/info.php?p=28 you wrote "The Forum Gold Password is a feature that was added to increase the protection of your account and of your Forum Gold. It is extremely important to have your gold password set, as it prevents the risk of buying features accidentally. This is also another Password that can protect your account."

The fact is that The Forum Gold Password doesnt prevent that risk when clicking on Guild Charter feature link under Admin Options of your Guild, so either change that misleading text or read suggestion number 2.

2) Fix Guild Charter feature link under Admin Options of Guilds so it ask users about Forum Gold Password confirmation without tricky and instant Forum Gold charge for that feature.

3) Dont use argument purchases are final when user reported to you obvious site bug and proved that the error is on the site side. There is no other feature on the site which dont ask about Forum Gold Password confirmation and thats the exception and against what you wrote under https://forums.d2jsp.org/info.php?p=28.

Understand that when obvious site bug charged user with Forum Gold for feature he didnt wanted at first place while browsing section where he can preview informations about other Guild features by clicking on them, its error and not purchase.

4) Refund what needs to be refunded.
