Settings are already saved to your browser (PC/phone). If you clear your browser settings, this will also per your request clear said settings. We are honoring your request to get rid of saved settings when you do that.
Some settings do not save across sessions by design, such as looking for group, do not disturb. Window saved locations would in fact be a new feature that you can request if you want.
