You still have to wait at least 30 seconds per topic.
If someone replied to your topic, I guess you would have to load the page to read it.
People randomly bumping topics without even looking at the current state of the current sub-forum (top 50 issue).

It isn't that hard to load another page.
You could reduce load if you wanted to with 5 posts per page.

Just looking at it from a load aspect...
Were talking 1 page per topic a user has, it adds up fast when people bump at least 4 topics.
Talking thousands? of pages per hour let alone per day, its these small things that add up fast.
Same concept when business switch to Century Gothic font to save on ink, its the long haul savings not short term.

this is good for netflix and chill. don't have to load 5+ tabs and close them.

Most of the time if you see "last replied" is yourself, you don't read the thread anyways.

Also I've never heard of someone bumping their thread and not reading the latest new post by someone other than themselves being an issue
