We should have an option to be able to organize our inbox.

say i have 20 messages from 5 different user, i should be able to arrange it per names

rather then just names.

get's very confusing when you have an inbox that's like 20-30 with service going on + trades

There is a message tracker feature AND manage folders feature, so I think this is unnecessary.
