Post Tagging Users W/notification Feature - Topic

Not sure if this has been discussed before, but a simple feature that would send a notification to a user who is tagged in a post.
I spend a lot of time around the Runescape/Diablo section and have mentioned users numerous times saying they offer this service or have that item for trade etc..
If we had something where you could simply put @Boxi it would send a notification to the user that they've been tagged for whatever reason.

Users could obviously turn off the notify feature if they dont want it

It already exists.. Use ^username

It won't notify for edits ^_^

Gonna close this up as it's already implemented.

Using ^USERNAME now shows as "mentioned" instead of "quoted" to the user being notified. (Sep 27 2019)
