But it is not if you use it in a topic ?
Same goes for for any discrimintory stuff

If you come across anything that you find is offensive please report it to a moderator in charge of the designated forum that it happened in

Well any username containing racial/homophobic and/or discriminatory name change should be against the rules

My suggestion would be to offer free name change to all the users containing such names (if that make sense)

Or they should just get a random name that they have to pay to change for stuff against the rules

Would be unfair forsomeone who has been allowed to do somthing in the past and forced to do somthing just because

If you feel offended by any name you could always double-check with a moderator and ask them about it, should they agree and see that something is wrong, appropriate actions will be taken against said user.

if the name crosses the line, report it to a mod or admin. IF they don't comply (assuming it's actually bad) then someone from the mod team will change it for them.
