If I'm at work, or otherwise not at home, I sometimes get on and check my pm's or bump topics from my phone.
I get about 70% of the notifications I'm supposed to see, while on my phone.
However, the system doesn't register that I've been aptly notified because after 2 or 3 days away from my computer I have to spend 5 - 20 minutes clicking the [x] on each notification pop-up until I'm "caught up"
This can easily be fixed to save myself and I guarantee a lot more people's time on a day to day basis.
TL;DR I'm sick of seeing the same notification more than once just because I view d2jsp from a different or new platform.
