Potential benefits:

Adding a Scammer Accusations Sticky may cut down on the SA PSA threads that are not in the correct forum.

May also help prevent some from being scammed.

Im gonna vote no on this. Who is gonna manage list and update constantly? The amount of work required for this to save a whole 2 clicks of the mouse isnt worth it imo. System is good as is although i think more mods should be appointed to SA instead of their efforts being diverted to petty business.
