If you kill radament and don't collect the skill book is that extra talent point forever lost to you?
I'm lvl 96, all my talent quests are done in all difficulties and I only have 106 total points.
I also tried rekilling rad from all difficulties and no book.

Some mod could mabye move this to a more appropriate forum.
