Allow the selling of accounts.

3 Reasons.

1. People Don't like leveling and have bought accounts just for pvp
2. Double registering accounts (The reason it was not allowed in the first place) Was Patched and CANT happen anymore.
3. Brings more trades/fg revenue into the trading section whilst keeping the forum more active ^^

FYI: Since the patched dropped not 1 person has ever been double reg'd

Account sharing /sale is against diablo 2 TOS. So it is against the rules here at D2jsp.

Didn't stop jsp from doing it for years before.

Selling outside currency is also against tos in d2 but jsp still runs smh
